How do I receive the phone?
- The phone will be shipped to you and arrive at least 2 days prior to your event date. Please make sure you put the correct shipping address so that the phone does not get lost. Use your home address not the address of your event since the phone will be arriving prior.
What is included in the rental fee?
- Custom greeting recorded by you that your guests will hear before they leave a message.
- Each message left on the phone will be saved in a folder in individual files and sent to you digitally.
- Instruction list and video on how the phone can be turned on. This can be shown to a family member or event coordinator if you don't want the responsibility of turning the phone on at your event.
- Shipping is included if you live in or within 160km of London Ontario.
How does the phone work?
- After turning the phone on, it will record any time it is off the hook at your event. You have unlimited messages from your guests as our power bank lasts for much longer than any single event. No plug in is necessary as all our phones are cordless.
When will I receive the voicemails?
- You will receive all voicemails-as unfiltered as they come- 1 business day after we receive the phone back.
How many days can I keep the phone?
- You will receive your phone at least 2 days prior to your event and are required to return it 1-2 days after your event. If you need your phone more than a few days in advance for any reason please let us know when you book and we can accommodate based on our availability before your event.
Do I get to choose which phone?
- We currently have a white, black and pink phone, the first person to book for that specific date will get to choose between our two phones. More colors and styles coming soon!
Can I take the phone to my destination wedding?
- Our phones are very lightweight and love to travel! We supply bubble wrap and packing essentials to ensure a safe arrival for wherever your destination may be! A fee may apply if you require the phone rental for more than 1 week.
How do I record my custom greeting?
- You can record the greeting on your phone using the 'voice memo' app. This is what your guests will hear on the phone before they leave you a message.(Example: "Hi! You've reached The Smiths! Thank you for celebrating with us, please leave us a message after the beep"). The phone will make a beep noise to prompt your guests to leave their message! You'll email us the greeting 1 month prior to your event date.
What other services do you offer?
- We offer additional options to enhance your experience. For an additional fee you can rent a customizable sign that will let your guests know how the phone works, or purchase a USB stick with all your files that will be sent to your home address.
