How It Works

Step 1. Secure your date with us, choose your phone, pay rental fee and security deposit on our website.

Step 2. At least 1 month prior to your event date, send us a greeting VIA email that your guests will hear on your phone before they leave a message. You can do this on the voice memo app on your phone.

Step 3. You will receive your phone at least 2 days prior to your event. Instructions and a video of how to turn the phone on will be emailed to you for your reference or your coordinator to note.

Step 4. Your phone will record any time the phone is off the hook at your event. You have unlimited messages from your guests as our power bank lasts for much longer than any single event. No plug in is necessary as all our phones are cordless.

Step 5. You will mail your phone + accessories back to us 1-2 days after your event using the shipping label we provide. 

Step 6. 1 business day after we receive the phone back, you will receive all messages left on the phone, unedited and as clear or messy as they come!
